1.Who helps us run StatMinds
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only on our instructions, so we can run the service. We never sell your data, and your content is never used to train AI. Here is each provider and what it does.
2.Google Cloud (Google LLC)
Our core infrastructure, used as our purpose-limited processor for:
- Hosting— the application runs on Google Cloud Run.
- Storage — your account data and uploaded datasets live in the asia-south1 (Mumbai, India) region.
- AI— AI features run on Google's Gemini models via Vertex AI. Requests use Google's global Vertex endpoint and may be handled in data centres outside India to produce your result; inputs are not used to train Google's models.
- Sign-in & account emails— sign-in, sessions and account emails (verification, password reset) are handled by Firebase Authentication.
3.Razorpay (India)
Handles payments for subscriptions, top-ups and invoices. Your card details go straight to Razorpay under its own policies and PCI-DSS standards — StatMinds never sees or stores your full card number, only a record of each transaction (plan, amount, date).
4.Google Sign-In (only if you choose it)
If you use "Continue with Google," Google receives your email address and a stable identifier to sign you in, and nothing more. You can instead register with an email address and a password.
5.What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models — not ours, and not any provider's. Each provider acts only to deliver the service, under its own data-processing terms.
6.Ask us for a DPA

7.When this list changes
